The Arts curriculum aims to inspire, educate and fully prepare our students in becoming exceptional artists, designers and performers. We offer a creative and unified curriculum that incorporates a broad spectrum of disciplines, integrating Art, Drama and Textiles to students, providing them with the capabilities to express themselves through their love of the arts and preparing them for future life and education. Our curriculum is tailored to enable students to access KS4 seamlessly through a series of mini projects throughout KS3, focusing on GCSE/ BTEC assessment objectives and criteria. We are able to incorporate and deliver SMSC, allowing students to draw upon prior experiences and build upon knowledge to live active lives, supporting and acknowledging their community and the world around them.
