DMA Designs is committed to protecting your privacy and takes its responsibilities regarding the security of user data very seriously. This privacy statement below sets out how DMA Designs complies with both UK and EU data protection requirements. We have structured Irlam & Cadishead College’s website so that you can visit without identifying yourself or revealing any personal information. Once you choose to provide us with any information by which you can be identified, then you can be assured that it will be only used in accordance with this Privacy Statement.

What We Collect - Personal Data

Under the EU’s General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) personal data is defined as:

The personal data we may collect from you and process is:

1.) Contact details, such as name, postal address, telephone number and email address when you contact the Academy via their online contact form.

Other data we may collect form you is:

1.) Browser and device data, such as IP address, device type, operating system and internet browser type.

2.) Cookie and tracking technology data, such as time spent on website, pages visited and other anonymous traffic data.

Why does DMA Designs need to collect and store personal data?

In order for us to provide you with our services and support, we need to collect personal data to be able to contact you back if you use our online contact form. We are committed to ensuring that the information we collect and use is appropriate for this purpose, and does not constitute an invasion of your privacy.

In terms of being contact for marketing purposes, DMA Designs would contact you for additional consent.

We may pass your personal data on to third-party services providers contracted to DMA Designs in the course of dealing with you. Any third parties that we may share your data with are obliged to keep your details securely, and to use them only to fulfil the service they provide you on our behalf. When they no longer need your data to fulfil this service, they will dispose of the details. Under what circumstances will DMA Designs contact me?

Our aim is to not be intrusive, and we undertake not to ask irrelevant or unnecessary questions. Moreover, the information you provide to us will be subject to rigorous measure to minimise the risk of unauthorised access or disclosure.
