Trips & Visits

EVOLVE visits website

Irlam & Cadishead College uses the web-based system ‘EVOLVE’ to facilitate the efficient planning, management, approval, and evaluation of visits.

All staff that lead or accompany visits have their own EVOLVE account, which is set up by their establishment’s Educational Visits Coordinator (EVC) Vice Principal Mrs Egerton.

EVOLVE is an efficient tool for planning and approving visits, it also contains a variety of features including: search and report facilities, downloadable resources and information, staff records and visit history, gateway access for parents.

ICC also follows the Salford guidance outlined in the educational visits document 2013 when planning any trips or visits.
