The newly formed ICC girls’ rugby team travelled to Ellesmere Park on Tuesday 16th May to play against Ellesmere Park High School in only their second ever game. The girls performed exceptionally well and are making real progress on the rugby field. Sophie Lister was a constant threat throughout the game; her pace and trickery enabling her to score two tries. Millie Chan was excellent in defence, making numerous tackles in important areas to prevent the opposition form scoring. The game was played over two 25 minute periods and was contested in a real positive manner by the two schools.
